All forms of email marketing are strictly forbidden. Any affiliate found to be promoting our sites via email marketing directly or via webpages promoted by email advertising will be terminated without pay. top Q. Can I use adware, malware, spyware etc? A. No... Affiliate are not permitted to utilize adware, spyware or malware technologies, or traffic hijacking to promote our sites, or use said technologies or methods in conjunction with the promotion of our site. top Q. How much do I get paid? A. You get paid 3¢ US per valid unique click on the 'Enter' button on our landing pages. (see terms for more information about what constitutes a valid click) top Q. Can I put your links on more than one website? A. Yes. You can put our links on as many different domains, web sites, and web pages as you want. top Q. Can I have more than one account? A. Only one account is allowed per affiliate. However special requests for additional accounts can be made by e-mail and will be considered case-by-case. top Q. What payment methods do you use? A. We can either mail you a cheque or pay you instantly via Epassporte. top Q. When do you pay? A. We send all payments on the 15th of each calendar month (or the nearest working day thereafter if the 15th is not a working day) for the previous months commissions. For example, a payment would be sent on the 15th February for all unpaid earnings accumulated up to the end of January. There is a $50 payment minimum, so if an account fails to reach the $50 minimum by the end of a pay period, the balance is carried forward to the next pay period. top Q. Can I really use any kind of link? A. You can send traffic any way you like with the exception of e-mail promotion. Any kind of text link or image link is ok provided all references and depictions within the link are legal and in accordance with our terms. You can link your images or artwork, or link our images and banners. You can blind link, use onmouseovers, refreshes, redirects, entry consoles, exit consoles etc. Restrictions mainly apply to the type of site/content from which traffic is sent. It is strictly forbidden to send traffic from sites that promote or incorporate in any way no matter how small; child pornography, bestiality, rape, warez, password trading, spyware, malware, adware, violence, hatred, or facilitate any unlawful activity or that incorporate images or content that is defamatory or degrading. top Q. Do you pay for all kinds of traffic? A. We accept all traffic originating in accepted countries (see next question) from adult entertainment sites that comply with all the requirements of our terms and conditions with the exception of sites that are primarily gay male sites. Under no circumstances should our links ever be placed by affiliates on non-adult sites. top Q. Do you pay for traffic from all countries? A. We pay for traffic originating in the following countries; United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, Bahamas, and Barbados. IP location is used to determine traffic origin. All traffic that comes to us from countries not on the list is seamlessly redirected to a URL of your choosing. (see next question) top Q. What do you mean by 'redirection url' and how do I use it? A. We give back all traffic that originates in a country not on our 'accepted countries list'. In your account profile you have the option to specify a URL where you want this traffic to go. For example if a surfer in China clicks our link on your web site, the surfer would not be sent to our landing page, instead they would be seamlessly forwarded to the URL you specified. You could set your redirect URL to another of your web pages or websites, or your trades, or another sponsor... whatever! That way, the surfer is still yours even though we can't pay you for the click. top Q. Is child/underage porn ok? A. If you're the kind of person that thinks child porn is ok, we don't want anything to do with you. Affiliates attempting to send traffic from sites that promote directly or indirectly, child porn or any kind of abuse or mistreatment of minors, or anything unlawful, will be terminated without pay, and WILL be reported to the appropriate authorities. top Q. Can I put your links on a warez site or password trading site? A. No. If any of your referring web pages promote or incorporate warez or any kind of password trading your account will be terminated without pay. top Q. How does your webmaster referral program work? A. You can promote the PremierBlind program to other webmasters and get paid an amount equivalent to 10% of the total earnings generated by all the webmasters you bring into the program for the full duration of their participation. You can get your webmaster referral link and banners from your stats/admin area. top Q. How long is the period determining click uniqueness? A. A visitor is deemed to be unique again when a period of 1 hour has passed since their last visit. top Q. Can I incentivise surfers to click on your enter buttons? A. You are not allowed to require surfers to click on our 'enter' buttons as a condition of accessing any other sites or receiving any other considerations. Any clicks on our 'enter' buttons by surfers must be made entirely of their own volition and must not be encouraged as a condition to receive some other form of benefit. top Q.
